So by now we all now that the Samsung Galaxy S is coming to T-Mobile as the Vibrant (minus the front facing camera). Well it looks like AT&T is trying to get serious about Android, today they announced the Samsung Captivate (a Galaxy S phone) and it will be their first Android superphone. The Captivate will feature: 4″ Super AMOLED touchscreen; Android 2.1; 1 GHz Cortex A8 processor; 5 MP camera with HD video recording; 16GB on-board memory. [...]
Figured I’d pass this info along. I’m hearing that the Father’s Day sale is not the only big thing happening at T-Mobile on the 19th, and that the Nexus One may be available in stores. The 19th is only a few days away so we’ll find out soon enough if this is true.
Looks like Sprint has another Android superphone coming soon, and this time with a 5 row slide-out keyboard. Over at Android Community they have some pictures of the Samsung Galaxy S Pro. All I have to say is: Come on T-Mobile! Anyway, check out the picture below and hit the link for the rest.

I’m happy to see that AT&T has finally announced an Android phone from HTC. The Aria will feature HTC Sense, Android 2.1, 5 megapixel camera, and a 3.2-inch touchscreen. We already know Yahoo has widgets integrated into some Android phone (i.e. Backflip, Galaxy S); but are they working on a Yahoo! app for Android? If you look at the slide above it surely looks like it (of course that’s just my speculation). Check out the whole presentation below.
